At the BGR campus (as we are commonly known), we house the School of Business and Management, School of Arts and Humanities and School of Social Sciences and School of Psychological Sciences. The confluence of several disciplinary orientations also enables a thriving interdisciplinary academic climate that adds a new dimension to our curricular activities here. Our teaching staff come with diverse experience that enrich the students’ learning experience.
While focusing on the development of skills and competencies, we encourage our students to gain a closer and deeper understanding of their immediate world via live projects with industries, as well as service learning. This provides a perfect opportunity for our students to put their education into action and enables the students to develop holistically and drive the change both for themselves and as well as the social world at large.
While we continue our trajectory of excellence, our academic programs provide a liberal arts foundation for the students, to enable them to synthesise their knowledge and answer humanity’s grand challenge. Our PhD program in Cultural Studies also provides immense scope for interdisciplinary research across the Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences as well as to establish CHRIST University as a leading institute for practice-based research.
