Dr. Indu is an Assistant Professor in the Tourism Management Department at Christ University, Bangalore, since 2023. She holds a Ph.D. in Tourism Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Haryana. She was awarded gold medals for both her Master?s and Bachelor?s degrees in Tourism Management. As a former UGC Senior Research Fellow, Dr. Indu?s research focuses on online travel communities, social media in tourism, destination management, ecotourism, and sustainable tourism. She has published papers in Scopus, Web of Science, and ABDC-indexed journals. Dr. Indu has also contributed chapters to several academic books. She has presented over seventeen research papers at national and international conferences. Dr. Indu is skilled in research tools like SmartPLS, SEM, SPSS, NVivo, and VOSviewer. Her commitment to tourism research continues to shape her academic contributions.
