Mrs. Sandhya H specializes in Tourism, Hospitality, and Aviation. She holds a Master?s in Tourism Administration and an MPhil in Tourism Management from Christ University, Bangalore. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Tourism Management. Her research areas include Destination Management, Tourism Marketing, Branding, Smart Tourism, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data Analytics in Tourism. She has several publications in peer-reviewed journals and books. Mrs. Sandhya has co-authored a book on Smart Tourism and has presented at various national and international conferences. With over seven years of teaching experience and a year in the tourism industry, she brings both academic and practical expertise. Mrs. Sandhya is now an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism Management at Christ University, Bannerghatta Road Campus.
